Refunds are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. All items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees paid are non refundable. If you purchased an item with free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

All shipments being sent back must display a return authorization number. Shipments not displaying a return authorization number will be refused.
